The Back Lounge, on Benchmark's first floor, offers a semi-private space that can accommodate up to 35 guests cocktail style. The Back Lounge features 4 TVs, scattered bar height tables, and built in booth seating.

Front Lounge

The Front Lounge is located on the first floor of Benchmark. This semi-private space can accommodate up to 20 guests for a cocktail style reception and features TVs, scattered bar height tables, and windows looking out to Wells Street.

Upper Lounge

The Upper Lounge is located on the second floor of Benchmark and features a wall of windows overlooking Wells Street in Old Town, as well as a railing overlooking all the action on the first floor below. The Upper Lounge includes 4 TVs, cocktail height tables, an optional satellite bar for private events, and space to host up to 30 guests for a cocktail style reception

Sundeck

Ideal for a smaller, semi-private event - or available to book in conjunction with the adjacent Upper Lounge! The Sundeck is located underneath the retractable rooftop on the second floor of Benchmark, with windows that open to overlook Wells street. The Sundeck includes scattered high top tables and can accommodate up to 20 guests for a cocktail style reception.

Second Floor

Benchmark's Second Floor can be booked privately to host up to 150 guests for a cocktail style reception and features a private bar, high top tables, multiple TVs, and best of all: a fully retractable rooftop that can be opened throughout the summer months! It's the perfect option for indoor/outdoor space, with a built-in contingency plan in the event of inclement weather!
